ECO.83 PHASE TWO

PHASE TWO, are an independent fundraising team in Mazarron. Since its launch in October 2023, PHASE TWO has made an impact by raising funds for local charities through creative events and their online store. They collect and sell donated clothes, accessories, and homeware to support causes that matter.

Run by four like-minded, energetic friends, they are making a significant impact in the area. United by a passion for raising money for local charities this team with diverse backgrounds in fashion, hospitality and event planning, hosts pop-up boutiques, fashion shows, bake sales and community fun. They raise 1600 euros for each charity. So far, they have raised this amount for 18 different charities bringing the total funds raised to 28.800 euros. They have raised 1600 euros for each of the following charities:

1.       FORGET ME NOT – charity for people with dementia

2.       LOVING DOGS – animal charity

3.       MABS – for people with cancer

4.       APROAMA – anima charity

5.       ASPARDEM – charity for children with mental disabilities

6.       SANTUARIO ANIMALISTA OTTeando el HORIZONTE

7.       AGE CONCERN – helping old people

8.       REFUGIO DEL VIENTO – animal charity

9.       SAMARITANS – helping people with mental health issues

10.   CAVALLI – horse rescue where they use the horses to help children with disabilities

11.   NOAH’S ARC – animal charity

12.   FAST – fast response unit who help people having medical issues

13.   HUGO’S FARM – animal charity

14.   BRITISH LEGION – helping ex-servicemen both British and Spanish

15.   CHILDRENS CHRISTMAS BOX – charity who put together presents for disadvantaged children

16.   EL LOCO DE LOS PERROS – animal charity

17.   AFIBROZA – people suffering from fibromyalgia and ME/CFS

18.   RESCATE AMIGOS PELUDOS PROTECCION - animal charity

PHASE TWO invites local charities in the Mazarron area to apply for fundraising support. They rely solely on public donations and are always on the lookout for preloved clothes, accessories and homeware in good condition. Donations can be dropped off at the following venues:

·         Every Wednesday 10.30-11.00 am in the Food Company car park opposite El Rincon de Miky

·         Torre Santa Elena cultural association – La Azohia
