Good Evening/Morning/ Afternoon depending on when you Reading this!

Apologies for sending the News Letter later than usual only we have been finallizing and trying out new class times this week so i wanted to include them in this Months issue.



We have also included a Fab Blogg from A.Vogel one of the leading Natural Health Care Companys, The initail article is linked to Hay Fever and Allergies which could be useful at the moment as the earth is in full Bloom but there are some great recipies and so much useful information you can read on the web page for hours... so enjoy.

In the News Letter we have commented on just how the Reiki Community is growing. If you are living in the área or on Holiday here please get in contact with us we really are expanding the group and are eager for new people to come in. I have included a short video of The Shala before the sesión started.

This week we have re scheduled The Buddhist Meditation sessions to now run on Thursdays at 2pm before the Pranayama, Yoga Nigra and Meditation Practice class. There has been a wonderful turn around in The Buddhist Group Lead by Jackie Clancy and we will also in the future have invited guests from the UK to start to help Expand our Practice and our Understanding of the nature of Buddhism. There are a few photographs of Jackie in full swing.

With Swing in mind, HIghley recommended are the NEW Belly Dancing Sessions with Fatima that are Tursday evenings at 6pm. The same as Annettes Monthly Dance sessions you really do smile and enjoy the dance. It is really one to try.

We are slowly but surely moving forward, work started last week on the new Reception Area. It will be an Area where you can leave your personal belongings and any tensions you have before you step into the class. Useful also if there is not a random puppy hanging around to run of with one of your shoes!



The Yoga Classes have a happy steady number running in them and students are now moving more towards their Home Practice. Please keep Reading and supporting The Yoga Shala Community and we welcome and are very grateful to any import you might have.
